TunePocket’s affiliate agreement, checked on 7 October 2026, specifies fixed commissions for eligible new memberships purchased within 30 days of using an affiliate link. The amounts are US$25 for Business, US$10 for Personal and US$5 for Pay As You Go or Tools membership. This guide explains the public application and the music-license limitations relevant to creator content. Publisher: SmartDealIndex. Understand what creates a commission

Read the official affiliate page together with the affiliate agreement. The contractual examples concern a new membership purchase within the 30-day window. They do not establish a percentage of every customer payment or recurring renewal commission. The application advertises higher rewards for top affiliates, but an individualized rate was not verified; use the published base terms until your own account confirms a different arrangement.

The agreement requires commission approval and allows rejected applications. It also lists rejected referrals, including purchases after the attribution window, refunded transactions, your own purchases and promotion that breaks the rules. A click, a signup and an approved paid referral are separate events. Do not present an earnings calculator or a hypothetical number of customers as money already earned.

For a given month, approved commissions are described as paid in USD through PayPal in the third week of the following month, with a US$20 minimum. The provider may change the amount, threshold and schedule. Country eligibility and individual PayPal receiving capability were not fully verified. The stated global scope of the music license does not answer who can join or receive affiliate payments.

Inspect the public application

The official join page exposes an application form. During this source check it requested a full legal name, username, account email, payment email, website URL, a description of yourself, password confirmation and agreement to the terms. The payment email is described as the PayPal address for commission payments. Recheck the live form before proceeding because fields can change.

1. Read the current affiliate agreement and decide whether your audience and promotion methods fit it.
2. Prepare genuine contact details and a concise description of your relevant content or business. The website field appears without the required marker shown on several other fields; do not infer an unpublished website requirement.
3. If you submit yourself, complete the official form accurately and accept only terms you have read. SmartDealIndex has not submitted it on your behalf.
4. Keep the application details for your records and respond truthfully if the provider asks for clarification. Rejection is possible; the agreement permits reapplication with more detail.
5. After acceptance, inspect your account’s link generator, reporting and payment setup through the provider’s dashboard. No personal tracking link was created here.
6. Record the applicable rate, window and payout rules before using an approved link in commercial content.

The agreement says a referral link producing no visits within 30 days of registration may be removed. That is an account-maintenance condition, not permission to generate fake traffic or purchase through your own link.

Affiliate membership is separate from music rights

Read the music licensing agreement before publishing any demonstration that includes a recording. It grants specified usage rights rather than transferring copyright. Affiliate acceptance does not by itself license a track, grant an active paid membership or authorize sharing source audio files.

The license describes perpetual rights for eligible downloaded recordings used in covered media projects, subject to its conditions. It also contains distinct rules for on-demand creation applications and listening-oriented streaming applications, including specified business subscriptions and active-subscription requirements. Do not summarize every app use as covered by an ordinary creator plan.

Watermarked previews are limited to testing, demonstration and evaluation; they are not a license for published commercial materials or video synchronization. If a tutorial needs a soundtrack, obtain the appropriate license before publishing. Do not distribute the original recording or a modified standalone version, claim it as your composition, or register it in YouTube Content ID or third-party music-distribution services.

The current agreement also prohibits making recordings available to AI, machine-learning, music-generation, model-training, fine-tuning or automated content-creation services that analyze, imitate, transform or derive audio from them. A music-library subscription therefore does not authorize uploading its tracks into an AI remix or training workflow. Keep affiliate demonstrations within the licensed media uses.

Public-performance clearance is another separate issue. The license does not clear performing rights managed by performance-rights organizations. Broadcast or public-playback projects may need additional permissions or reporting. The guide reports the provider’s conditions; it does not determine the legal clearance of an individual project.

Build useful creator content

A helpful registration article can show how to compare a project’s intended use with the license, identify the membership category, and retain evidence of the licensed recording and completed project. Use your own visuals or authorized materials. Explain any restrictions beside the recommendation, so readers can decide whether the library fits their needs before buying.

If you later test browsing or editing, describe only what you actually did. Record the track identifier, acquisition date, relevant license and project destination in your own production notes. Do not claim a video is immune to copyright claims: the provider describes assistance with eligible YouTube claims, which is different from a guarantee that claims will never occur.

The affiliate agreement permits relevant reviews, social posts and helpful answers while prohibiting branded PPC keywords, lookalike domains, impersonation and misleading official-looking content. It requires disclosure of affiliate status. An approved link should support useful content rather than replace an explanation of licensing and product limits.
